Delayed Stroller Compensation
I arrived in LCA with my family yesterday evening but unfortunately based on Air Tag tracking our double stroller was left at LHR. We’ve filed a lost luggage report but I’m wondering what Aegean would consider reasonable expenses for covering a replacement while we wait for it to arrive? I understand that 40€/day is typical for covering standard suitcases where you can purchase single items of clothing while you wait but in this case it is a $500+ stroller that can’t be purchased piece by piece. I asked at the baggage office at LCA but they had no idea. Any advice/experience would be appreciated.

Submit a copy of the invoice for your replacement rental stroller. They should cover the amount actually paid for your rental, rather than paying out some arbitrary compensation amount.
