Rebooking return flight: historical fares or current fares?

As expected, the agent couldn’t price it up so I decided to try to book it in the app and cancel the existing return but I kept running into an error due to the mixed classes. Decided to go ComfortFlex on that routing anyway and attempt to upgrade the SKG-BER with my new coupons. There are 2 I class seats available at the moment and they’re still selling Z class so I’m quietly optimistic.
