well you know guys, I think the love to 2D will be better. Was on yesterday’s CDG-ATH at 17:00. Went to the Star Alliance lounge (not the new one), and boy I was disappointed. First you still need to cross the border twice. When I arrived at the lounge, it was almost empty. The food options were very limited and awful. Only one vegetarian noodle dish and some cold cuts. Asked people working there whether anything else is available, they said since the new extra Schengen lounge has opened, the food and drinks offering has become limited in the Schengen lounge. To be honest, if A3 didn’t move, I wouldn’t have bothered with this lounge anymore.

A3 before coming back to T1 after covid was using the new Extime lounge at T2. Way better than the star alliance lounge at T1 (since it's open to PP it's a zoo).
Not sure what is going on with Star alliance airlines at T1.

I don’t think you can. You will be stopped at security. And then how do you go back from there. At the Schengen lounge they were checking who is Schengen and who is not.
