Fare family: Business, Cabin Class: Economy

Fare family: Business, Cabin Class: Economy
So it seems that a flight of mine was cancelled. On the proposed replacement flight, it says the fare family is business, but cabin class is economy. Is this a downgrade, or? I will call them, but first want to double check schedule to decide if I want to accept this flight so thought I would ask here first if anybody has seen this before.
