My birthday is in May and this year is the first time I got it, so it started between 6 and 17 months ago.
My wife is blue and she didn't get it, so it's only for Gold, and maybe Silver.
More random than that, I think - the other member of my Together account (also Gold) got it this year, but I got nothing ...
