Picking seats on A3 awards on *A airlines
Hi,
I booked 2 award flights for myself, on Ethiopian (J) and Turkish (Y).
Looking at Manage My Booking on Aegean website, it says "changes not possible".
The Ethiopian website can see the booking, but brings up an Internal Server Error on clicking Select Seats.
The Turkish website doesn't even recognise the PNR...
Any thoughts, or is it a case of phoning? All I want really is a window seat on each flight!

Seats must be selected through the operating airline, i.e. ET and TK.
TK uses a different booking system and therefore they have a separate booking code.
If I was you I'd just call ET and ask them to book the seats. Same with TK. TK should be able to do that and provide you with the booking number if you give them your ticket number. But have you tried accessing the booking on the TK website through your ticket number already?
