However, it would be better if they put such a note on the website, or at least gave a more informative error message.
"Invalid Credentials" is certainly the wrong thing to state in this instance, and probably leads to extra calls to their helpdesk when this happens, which are unnecessary if they would only correctly indicate what is happening...

Could not access my account today and kept getting the invalid credential message.
However, using the app, the message states: Sorry, Miles+Bonus is temporarily not available. Please try again later.
