Total Tier Miles Missing but Total Award Miles Missing
Hi all,
I have logged onto the account summary page and this is what I get
Account Summary:
Total Tier Miles:0
Total Award Miles:21246
This is just a summary of my account activities.

Do I have cause to be concerned that my tier miles have disappeared from my account? Do I need to speak to Aegean?

I am having the same issue. Since someday last week the tier miles are shown as 0 while the award miles are still there (and no tier miles were supposed to expire until september).
Good to know that I am not the only one affected by this. I am still hoping they will fix this on their own. On the other hand, I am waiting for miles to post to my account and may need to give them a call soon anyway

This happens around late European hours daily. The tier miles shows '0' on everyone's account as A3 system scans for expired tier miles and then deletes them, and then they upgrade cards. But yes, the '0' tier miles you shouldn't be worried unless you know something is expiring soon. So it is normal to see 0 tier miles around late European times.
