How to get a points refund
Hi all,
I recently cancelled a refundable booking, having spent 2000 points.
It's been over a week since I've cancelled, and still nothing. I also couldn't find any way to contact Accor either...
All help welcome!

I was just charged for a canceled reservation and sent a complaint to them....
