Latest Mercure Offer - A sham?!
Yesterday (4th of July), I received an email from Mercure,
It stated " Treat yourself to two nights at one of our Mercure hotels and enjoy a welcome gift and breakfast included."
No ifs or buts.
There are SEVEN Mercure hotels in or around the city that I am interested in visiting. Not one of them has that offer available when I click through on the link provided. Not for any nights of the week.
It also promises "up to 40% off" but even I am not so stupid as to believe that.
Why are they allowed to send us such misleading emails?

Totally agree.
Could not find any hotel that has the offer, even after changing the stay period to 3 nights ( 2 on the e mail - 3 on the landing page so not consistent either )
They sent this e mail out last year as well.
If there are only a few hotels that have these rates, why not list them in the terms and conditions .....
