So I sign in to play and it says New York, and it is counting down from 6 minutes until I can play. So I wait, 6 minutes later I tap on NY and absolutely nothing happens. I log out and then log in again, this time the counter is counting down from 6 minutes again. Waist of time, everyone should boycott this game made up by some inept, ignorant people, they and their game are a serious joke.

Hi Amy, I’m sure you’re reading this thread but the silence is deafening. It seems like every single one of the posters has experienced it issues with this game yet Accor has neither acknowledged or attempted to fix the issues. Can you confirm if the it department are looking at this or not please? i still can’t access the game and still am being told to wait until the 3rd of July, after logging in multiple times of course. |

I found a trick.
You have to switch off the lights in your own bedroom first (you need to be in your own bedroom to play this game). It them works better. :D |
