Mercure Andorra - one drink voucher - redeemable at the Novotel opposite for soft drink, tea / coffee or small wine / beer.
Did ask if we could have two drinks vouchers, as this was the French policy - and was told all Mercure's only offer one drink now.
Someone forgot to tell the bar. They issued two beers on receipt of the single voucher
