Just got mine timestamped at 8:15PM Eastern Time. Game runs 1/11 - 1/21/
Each day will be a different memory game. I completed today's game and got the message that I was now registered for the final prize draw. Then I had a chance for an instant prize. It was a scratch off and I didn't win.
How it works (taken from the rules section of how to play after completing your sign in info):
Once all the fields have been completed and the participant has clicked on "Play", the competition can be accessed. A window opens inviting the participant to take up the challenge. The participant then has a limited period of time in which to turn over the cards and find matching pairs. The time starts as soon as the player clicks on the “Play” button on the registration page;
5. When the allotted time is up, a window opens inviting the participant to see if they have won one of the daily instant wins. Participants must click on the “Play” button and then scratch off the spot to find out if they have won. In the event of a win, a pop-up window appears with the word "Won". In the event of a loss, the word "Lost" pops up;
So it seems that it will be a game of matching pairs (I think there were 16 cards). And it sounds like you can do the daily instant win even if you don't match all the cards because it states "when the allotted time is up".

I received a Brazilian version of this game, with slightly different T&Cs for Brazil:
24 instant win prizes per day (total 240 winners)
1 grand prize.
Only instant winners will be entered in the main prize draw!

I got the email last night timestamped 8:15pm ET but didn't see it til 9:45pm. It said come back in 24 hours. I tried again mid-morning and it gave me the same come back in 24 hrs message. I forgot about it and just tried now, and it let me in. So I am not quite sure when their clock resets. I wonder if the daily instant prizes are more random than the 31 Thank-Yous when all the prizes were gone in an hour or less most days.

Maybe this is the answer to my own question: From 2 sections of the rules of my game::
" The days and times stated herein are those of the UTC +01:00 time zone (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris). No other time zone will be taken into consideration for participation in the competition."
" Participants can log onto the website every day from 10am on 11th January 2018 to 10am on 21st January 2018 inclusive "
So that would be from 4am to 4am in NY.
Also, re: my other musings:
“Instant wins” are “open”; in other words, the prize is available at a precise time and remains available to be won until such time as a player has won it. Participation in the “instant win” is triggered by clicking on the "Play" button. When the participant has finished playing, and irrespective of whether or not the participant successfully completes the game that day, a screen automatically presents the “instant win” prize. One hundred and twenty (120) people can win an instant win prize each day, chosen by the “instant win” mechanism, making a total of one thousand two hundred (1200) winners over the course of the whole competition.

Have not won anything yet, have matched all the tiles in the allotted time. When I scratch to see if I have won, it just says "loose" not much of a class act. They might as well just put "looser" instead then we could interpret what their meaning really is.

Really great, this game. I cant even get through to the page in order to register for the daily game. I just get a this page does not exist message in French. As per my other Accor experiences, I have to say my head needs examining as to why I would even think about wasting my time on this.

I'm seeing the same message. I didn't report it here the first time I saw it, around ten hours ago, but I just checked following your post and things haven't improved.
