I think that's the new design (Picture from wkndtraveler in the Sofitel Villa Borghese... thread). I got the same one at Sofitel Brussels Europe and a brown version at Hotel Continental Zurich MGallery by Sofitel on my stays end of last month.

I was getting this key card when I checked in at Novotel Ploenchit early Jan. As it was quite late I was very disoriented. I wonder why the FO staff gave me a card with lady picture on it
