Sofitel Sydney Wentworth - good enough, but service not on par with Sofitel Melbourne

I have stayed in this hotel couple times.
To be honest, the service is pretty average, but the room is bit shabby and once the room service food was undercooked.
Overall, it is usually overprice and I wouldnt recommend to stay here.
