Nothing is ever easy with Accor.

I got the same thing. got locked out. Had to have a temporary password sent to me. Entered a new password and now it works. Seems like a lot of trouble, when the chances of winning are pretty nil. Last year, nothing, nada. I really don't know why I place their silly games, guess I am just a sucker.
