Cannot find this hotel in places by Le accor

I'm staying for a week now and am not really satisfied with the hotel. The service has been pretty severely lacking, the staff in the lobby just aren't what you would expect at a hotel thats supposed to be at this level and housekeeping is a crapshoot, some days not showing up to turn over the room until 3PM and then back for turn downs at 5:30. As mentioned it is a bit out of town center, but it's about a $2 tuk tuk ride into town so no real issue there. Definitely a bit of price gouging on a few things since you are a bit out of town it seems as room service and laundry have some items at shocking prices. Having a pair of men's underwear laundered is $14!!!!! Here for a few more days and can't see myself visiting Luang Prabang again although its an amazing little city, but if I were to do so I would be looking at 3 nagas or maybe the new avani as better options. (although the avani doesn't seem to have much of the Luang Prabang charm about it and looks like t could be anywhere in SE asia from looking at the pictures)
