Counting down to exit !
Well, balance now stands at a little over 2000 points, and 3 printed vouchers left in my desk drawer...
Reservation made for October costing just over €160 - once I have checked out and paid with the final 4 vouchers I am DONE with the dreadful LCAH programme...
Currently building back up my IHG status and it will be a pleasure to deal with their (informed and empowered) CS staff.
That is, if I ever have to, as a problem occurs about 1 stay in a thousand (compared to Accor where it's more like 999/1000)

On a more serious note, and to redress the balance a little this is very far from my experience of LEAC. Not quite a 100% record of upgrades and drink vouchers, but close. And effective 20% discount (TCB and Points) make them pretty good value.
I hope IHG meet you expectations.
