Eligible Rate?

Had a reservation on a non-refundable 'Mercure Breaks-early' rate in a UK hotel. No points have been credited to my account. Can anybody confirm whether this rate should be eligible for points?

If you booked it through Accor channels (web, booking center, or directly via the hotel), then yes. When was your stay ?

Just send an email to the hotel. Queries will be redirected to the hotel in the end anyway.

Would this be the same for missing points relating to a promotional offer or would this problem be addressed by central office rather than the hotel which activated the bonus ? (in this case for me it was my third stay of three which should have generated the final bonus of 4,000 points )

Stay was about 2 weeks ago. Emailed hotel a as suggested and they have responded by saying card details had not been added by the receptionist. Apologised and points being credited. Thanks all for advice.
