Adding second guest's name
Hi,
Is it possible to add a second guest's name on my booking (direct on the Accor site)? I can't seem to find it on the site. She may arrive before me and hope that she can check-in to the room first.

I don't think you can, just email the hotel with the reservation number.

I did it in the comments section recently during an online Novotel reservation. And I proactively got an email back from the hotel asking for arrival details of each person.
