I have tried a few destinations and a few dates, but can't seem to get the special private sale rates to come up like they usually do. Has anyone been successful with this?

I seem to only get the usual 30% advance purchase rates which are always available.

I see the rates, but on first impression availability seems very limited (I just quickly checked Belgium). Make sure you enter your Le Club number.
Edit: Checked some other regions and can see (much) better availability

I was checking Shanghai, Sydney, Guangzhou, London and couldn't find any sign of the deals in those cities. What is the deal rate called this time?

I did see under "Shanghai" one reference to "Hot Deals" rate (no breakfast, non refundable) which was higher than another rate which was lower, and included breakfast, as well as refundable!

I am using my Accor Le Club Gold number, I am not sure if the sale is open to the public or there's a preview sale first (Accor sometimes limits the sale rates to le club members in the beginning).

I had issues pulling up the rate even when logged in. However, if you open a browser using the email link for every booking, the rate will show for sure. hope it helps.

I notice in your image, that your site looks different to mine. After I enter my search details on the promotion page, my page switches to book.accorhotels.cn (I am in HK) and I bet this is why the rates aren't available to me. Hmmmm......

I am using my club number as well, but I am just a classic member (but I did receive the email with my card number at the top of the email).

Before I made this thread, I've already booked Pullman Seoul and Ibis Busan without any problem. Initially, I'm planning to book Novotel Busan but they don't participate but I booked Ibis Busan since they have Junior Suite on it.
