Accor Contact for Pullman problem

Other than the fill in form on the A-Club site, I have not been able to find an e-mail contact.

I have a problem about a stay at a Pullman in July, without resolution. It seems as if most of my e-mails are left unanswered and I feel it is close to time for escalating the problem to Accor/A-Club itself.

Does anyone have a contact point I can fowrard theses e-mails to?
