New Sofitel on-line game but...doesn't work

After registering, you access your "passport" and an interactive map where you select your destinations that are transferred to your passport. then you can add as usual some e-mail addresses of friends and your A-club # to increase your chances to win. Until here everything is fine...
But it's said during the registration process that you will receive an e-mail with your passport number and a link to click-on to finish your registration. The problem is that this e-mail never came. On the passport, there is a "re-send" button in case you didn't receive it. I did it 5 or 6 times on a 3 day period and still nothing
. I have checked my undesirable mail folder and it's not in.
Does any of you experienced the same problem ?
