You'll get the 300 points as soon as the new member has had his first stay in an accor hotel within 6 months after registration! Not for simply signing up.

just leaves one question still open: What should I do with those lousy 300 points? I need 2,000 for a voucher or even 4,000 for a points to miles convertion...

So, in my opinion, this offer is more than weak...

Whilst it's not the promo of the century 300 points isn't to be sniffed at especially if you are a few hundred short of a award. This is for members who regularly use Accor hotels.......it's not for sharks looking to make a quick killing.

can anyone make a quick killing with A-club ..
Even for regular members, the attraction for a-club is slowly being killed if I may put it that way

The problem is Flyertalk is fast becoming inhabited by others who just want everything for free.
Now I don't mind getting things cheaply but I do not expect every offer to give me something for nothing unless I contribute something in return. The A/Club does need improving, no doubt about it, but it is still in its infancy after all.

Having said that I'm glad I have status with other hotel loyalty programmes.

i agree too .. even though I would have hoped for something more in return for the nearly 15k Eur I hv given them in last 12 months ..
but not blaming them as I stay in this Accor property because it suits me most and no other hotel /brand nearby gives me the same facilities at even a 25% higher price ^

But yes, I too am happy to hv status with other programs
