Points on NET amount ?
Went to SuiteNovotel in Vienna last week.
Points have posted but not all.
Infact I get only points for the amount VAT excluded I paid.
This is the first time I see this.
It is a new enhancement of A club?

In fact, it has always been in the T&C of Aclub but it's been enforced less than a year ago in my experience, when they supposedly improved their IT system and points posted "more automatically" 
. I had this for the 1st time last fall and was very surprised to not have all the points posted. I sent a retro-credit demand on the web site and they told me that points are calculated on the amount before taxes.
