Upgrade Question
Hi all!

I'm glad to have finally made Platinum. A quick question: does the upgrade work at all Accor hotels, or only Sofitel?

just expect upgrades at Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery ...

you can expect upgrades in some Novotel also. They may have a few "suites" but in most cases, the room will be the same but at a higher floor and with extra amenities like free internet, free bathrobe & slippers, etc.
I had this recently at Novotel London Paddington.

you'll get an upgrade in a non-Sofitel, non-Pullman, non-MGallery here and there (the Grand Sukhumvit in Bangkok always upgraded to a suite), but you shouldn't expect anything

To the OP,

Basically the thing is dont expect, but ask politely in any A-club property u go and hope for the best.. dont complain if u dont get and this way u will be happy when u get something..
