When I had my OpSec training that was clearly delineated - classified, confidential or LE sensitive material cannot be material that is simply embarrassing to the agency.
TSA is the last agency that should be lecturing anyone on security, let alone opsec.
But all employees should receive a brief. It is supposed to be part of mandatory training, right up there with EEO and sexual harassment training.
