The problem, of course, is that TSA (and CATSA) believe that the only source of information should be their propaganda from headquarters.

While most corporations have rules that make discussion of certain topics by ordinary employees "off limits" (stuff that could cause an Investor Relations or Compliance issue), TSA and other government agencies take it to a whole new level.
