What's the best you have ever had? What kind of cheese do you use?

The best I had was in London, a stand in Borough Market. Don't know what kind of cheese they used, but they had a line like I have never seen before for a grilled cheese. My second favorite was something called Mr. T's Deep Fried Cheese at this stand in Laconia, NH called the Double Decker. It was deep fried in a breaded batter. Totally unhealthy, but I was a kid and didn't care!
