Dude...winking is not sexual harassment. Or at least, not in my book. Maybe there was another reason for the secondary. In an interaction, I always take winking to be a sign of friendliness. "Have a good day"<wink> or "Don't work to hard" <wink>...not a big deal. Now if I was sitting in the food court, and someone was a couple tables away and winked at me as I was shoving a giant burrito in my mouth...that would be creepy!
