may_east - the vidibox is free for business class passengers, $12 for economy class passengers. You should get it in your Wife's name as it will be free for her. I'm sure they won't mind if she shares it with her kids

If you can get 11A that's better than 11C - it's a window seat but without the need to jump over anyone to get out even if they're lying down because as LiorM correctly pointed out there is 3 meters of empty space in front of the seats.
