In maybe 250 segments over the past 4+ years, I have received poor service exactly zero times. Most FAs have been very good. The "bottom of the barrel" for me have been good. No attitude, no poor service. Guess I'm just lucky.
As has been discussed on several occasions in other threads, you are "lucky".
Most of us either don't have your luck or have a much more balanced and realistic assessment of the service we receive.
