Sorry to say, Im a savvy experienced traveler, If it doesn't fit in a roll aboard it doesn't go. I've been to that hotel 15 times, and my method works well. (for me) My connnecting flight from the west coast leaves IAD (UA966) in the evening, and arrives, non-stop in FCO at 8:30am. yes 3 hrs is plenty of time to do what I do and arrive at the hotel at noon. BTW instead of having your own perverse fun on the internet poking fun at other people. Why don't you share your experience with others, you may have a great wealth of ideas. Share them, Thats what its all about in here.
