And currently there are no plans for an airport shuttle to/from DCA. I asked the GM.

Update: The Westin now operates a shuttle van but only offers rides between the hotel and the King Street (blue/yellow line) metro station. It is by request only so you'll need to call the hotel and have them pick you up if you are at the Metro station.
