No.

If it is 3.4 Fluid US Ounces or smaller (equivalent to 100mL) AND it fits in your Kippie then you are fine.

If anyone suggested otherwise do as Cee suggests and get a supervisor over to help clarify the issue. But just because something fits in a kippie bag doesn't make it OK.
