If I'm there to shop I'll stop for an open-face shrimp or gravlax sandwich with a cup of good coffee but I wouldn't go there just to eat.

But if I'm driving by I will stop at the Swede Shop to stock up on Leksand flatbread (the wedge-shaped package), Knackebrod Flerkorn (cylindrical package) and, best of all, Vasterbottonsost, a delicious cheese that's like a cross between cheddar and parmesan.

Oh yes, at the Elizabeth, NJ store the cafeteria gives you an excellent view of runway action at EWR!
