I'm going to stay a little vague on the property and the location intentionally, so please bear with me.

There's a Marriott property that only has a suite available. Already I can see a better price on another site. Is this an apples-to-apples comparison that LnF would kick in?

Also, I have an existing reservation with another Marriott property in the same city for the same time period. Should I cancel that one before submitting the LnF claim (that is, if it is indeed apples-to-apples)?
