2old4coach: Sorry for the delay in getting back with a response on your query. Usually tickets should feature a complete breakdown of taxes/charges etc. It could be that if you were traveling on a long and complicated journey, with lots of different segments, the format of the ticket etc may have been constrained in displaying this. If you could drop an email to me directly via FT with your full name and ticket number, Cathay Pacific has offered to look into this for you/us.

cAAribmorpho: Thanks for your support of oneworld and our member airlines – but please pursue this query through the regular customer-contact channels at the appropriate airlines. This forum is not the right place for handling individual traveller’s specific queries about seat requests etc… Sorry! Trust they manage to sort things out for you OK.

jgold: Sorry (that's three sorrys in this posting... not how things should be, or maybe I am just feeling very apologetic today!) to hear about your difficulties in booking a oneworld Visit South America pass. Can you please let me know which BA sales outlet refused you, and when, so that we can follow up on this. I do hope you were able to make your booking eventually.
