It's better than that. Last week the text that was w/that picture claimed it was 'illegal' to carry that much cash. This was then brought up on the blog w/a request to provide the statute that made it illegal to carry $40K in cash & presto! Text changed. (Please note, the requirement that cash in excess of $10K being taken out of the country be reported to Customs is completely different, especially in that the TSA is not Customs, but I digress).

Of course, as it was further pointed out on the blog later, since there is no law prohibiting the carrying of cash, regardless of amount or method of carrying, then how could one be accused of 'artfully concealing' that which is not prohibited in the first place?
