They do not sell tix for December yet.
There is Rewards program: get 1-way ticket free after 8 paid 1-ways.

Plus an hour to get from Union Station to DCA, more if you fly from BWI or IAD. I wouldn't double my travel time to save $90.

And BlotBus is just a new name; the busses have the Greyhound name painted on them pretty prominently.
