While either of these might save a few bucks, the additional cost to drive a few hours at one or both ends of the trip, plus the additional drive time has to be worth more than the $95 difference from last year. Or maybe I place too much value on my own time. But driving to BWI to catch a flight unless you already are in PHL is going to cost more in fuel than you can reasonably expect to save.
