Cape Town - Windhoek
Cape Town - Bloemfontein
Cape Town - Port Elizabeth
Cape Town - East London
Capetown - Maputo
Durban - East London
Durban - Port Elizabeth

If done right it lets you make a nice circle trip around South Africa.
