A belated welcome to FT, good to see some pro-active involvement from the OW central team.
Whilst this tenet may apply to official benefits, such as check-in and lounge access, it doesn't when it comes to unofficial benefits such as UGs.
BA and CX have publicly stated that they will UG their own programme members in preference to OW Emerald or Sapphire members of other schemes. How does this sit with your policy, or is it considered an unofficial benefit and therefore outside your remit?
