I cannot image anyone bidding much with all the restrictions, communicaiton difficulties, taxes and fees, etc. I would not pay over $50 each and I know the ropes and have used the vounchers successfully. Of course, if you advertise for a RT to certain cities w/o all the "issues" attached, someone may buy and then be angry later. In fact, many of above got these vouchers for "free" and are angry.
On other hand, for $40, I may just be willing to gamble as it is a "game" to me anyway. But that is max. I would pay.
I recalled a few Dockers eBay listings being pulled due to violation of TOS. The few that got through to end of auction ranged anywhere from $100 to $200.
While FT'ers are more knowledgeable, there are many more who are not, and there are those who can really take benefit of this due to their remote home airport. The latter group would still stand to benefit after taxes/fees/jumping through hoops.
