Breezway should have a seperate agent to work better. On Flight last week they just had 1 agent and she rotated lines between Breezeway and regular Boarding. I do not recall them calling first and Breezeway. As soon as they anounced Boarding everyone was in one of the two lines. Seems like a waste.
Ridiculous. She should not alternate -- take all persons properly in breezeway first.
