Unlike some others here, I've yet to have an issue with RED. Yes, it's slow but I rarely lost satellite signal and the map seemed to work consistently.

On the other hand, I'm 0 for 3 on working power outlets. In 2 of 3 cases, the little green light next to the outlet was on but my AC adapter never seemed to be getting power. In the 3rd case, the light wasn't on. In this last case, I asked an FA who said she would "reset the system" but we began our descent before she was able to get to anything.

Anyone else having luck with the power outlets? Method for getting it to work/asking for help?
