Finally got back onto home computer last night after SFO>TPA trip (another superb UAL experience!) and still could not get to any secure UAL.com pages. Emailed web support and decided to update IE from version 5 to 6; PROBLEM SOLVED! Later got prompt response from web support and suggested same do to some recent changes to site...
