Monoprice mentions USPS Intl shipping but it may be to Canada only. I'll investigate the forum for an answer. 3 HDMI cables for under $10, wow. However the shipping may not make it worthwhile.
If you need someone to forward it on you let me know, though you may be quicker off with someone in CA who is closer to Monoprice.
