On your Car Rental Agreement are ALL RESTRICTIONS! You get two pages, one in German & one in English.
BTW, reg. to (my) Avis Germany restrictions with a BMW 5xxx and 7xxx and Merc. E and S Class you can't even enter Italy. Porsche only in Germany, Switzerland and Austria!
