the air canada gate agent is a strange beast. imo the most valuable thing you can do is not go in and out of the line of questioning assuming that you are not in any way worthy of this, or thinking the "well
the last agent on a different day on a different flight on a different airport with a different planet alignment did it for me!" argument will float.. not that i think you would ever do that
